French super-dreadnought fast battleship

Dunkerque in the year she was completed (1937). This angle clearly shows the aircraft hanger, which for the first time in a battleship was an integral part of the original design. Partially obscured by the quarter-deck aircraft catapult and French flag, there appears to be a British battleship in the distance, possibly Revenge class.
